Dear friends,

I’m delighted to invite you to an Amazing Care Network luncheon on September 18, 2025, at noon, at the Safehouse Restaurant in East Greenwich. Dr. Taunia Markvicka will be our guest speaker and will discuss prescription drugs and how they affect us as we age. While Taunia has an impressive academic and professional background (see below), her experience in helping her mother navigate the complex labyrinth of medical and pharmacy care is what has brought her to our event.

Taunia Markvicka, PharmD, MBA graduated from Creighton University and the University of Nebraska Medical Center with degrees in pharmaceutical science. Dr. Markvicka then followed her education with a two-year fellowship and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. She is currently embarking on helping individuals who need medical or healthcare related information as a consultant clinical pharmacist. She provides information and health coaching relating to medication aimed at improving your individual health outcomes through telephonic consults.
