DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\,\n\nAs you may know\, a group of ACN members from Hawaii traveled to Okinawa last month to learn about forces that appear to help residents there live long and healthy lives.  Okinawa is one of several places in the world that have a “Blue Zone” designation\, meaning more centenarians live in such places than in other places in the world.  At our upcoming ACN afternoon tea ( 2 – 4 pm) on April 30\, 2025\, at the Outrigger Canoe Club\,  members of our tour group will share their experiences\, especially their perspectives and learnings from the visit with the senior citizens at Ogimi Village.
