Please check your email for instructions on setting your password to access the member only resources right here on the AmazingCareNetwork.com website! Didn’t get the email? click here to and select “forgot password” using your email address or user name you just setup to get a new one.

Please complete your group enrollment application below or at this link.

Step 3

Once you complete the application and upload your group roster we’ll create everyone a unique user account and email them login information. Please make sure to upload new group rosters once a month!

Complete your enrollment

To complete your group membership profile please complete the application and upload your roster. Each member will receive a login to access member only resources right here on the website.

    Download the roster template here and upload to provide access to your members.

    Add additional members

    After your initial upload of members, you can make changes here to add new members to the system.  Just simply submit a new Member Roster with all the member information you’d like to add.  Submit the file here:

      Remove members

      There will come a time when you would like to remove a particular member or a group of members from your account.  When that happens, please download a copy of the Remove Members and populate it with the users you’d like to remove.  Submit the file here:
